I am passionate about games - making them, talking about them, and of course - playing them! I am a seasoned game designer with over 10 years of experience in design and 20 years in the game industry overall. I have experience in everything from level design to leading teams and giving design direction for features and systems.

When approaching a problem, I always go back to the core of the title and the player's main motivation for playing. I want to make sure everything put in the game reinforces that motivation.

The one other thing I have equal passion for other than making games is building and managing teams. Watching a team I have mentored and train come into its own is just as satisfying as seeing a game or feature succeed!
